Description

Die Vz löst zu oft aus. Der Procc besitzt einen ICD von etwa 40s.

Das selbe Problem könnte auch bei Flinlockes Holzhacker bestehen.
Ich schätze es könnten die klassischen 45s ICD sein, wie bei 10s Proccdauer üblich.

Der Procc wird fälschlicherweise auch von Schockwelle (Krieger) ausgelöst.
Evtl. auch von anderen AoE Effekten.

ICD funktioniert. Ob allerdings die ProccChance 100% ist müsste man nochmal prüfen.

Bestimmt hat es die selbe Proccrate und ICD wie sein Pendant Flintlockes Holzhacker.
